He was employed by the Canadian Department of External Affairs as Chargé d'Affaires (ad interim) in Guatemala from 28 Jul 1968 to 15 Mar 1971.[815] "Stuart Tregaskes Former Diplomat -- A funeral service was held Saturday for Stuart G. Tregaskes of Mississauga, a former member of the Canadian diplomatic service, who died Tuesday at 56. Born in Toronto and educated at Parkdale Collegiate and the University of Toronto, he graduated in 1940 with a bachelor of commerce degree. After five years service overseas in the Royal Canadian Navy, he joined the federal department of industry, trade, and commerce. During his career, Tregaskes served as trade commissioner in South Africa and Mexico, commercial secretary in London and Washington and Canadian consul in Buffalo. He retired in December 1975."[816]

Donald Albery BONE; (a.k.a. Grandpa, Aubrey)[829],[830] was born on 17 Dec 1909 at Toronto, York Co., Ontario, Canada.[831] He died on 2 Apr 1996 at Queensway General Hospital, Etobicoke, Ontario, Canada, at age 86. He was also known as Aubrey D. Bone. Around 1927 or 28, Albery quit high school and began working as a gopher at Toronto Carpet and then Toronto Hydro. He returned to complete his high school Grade 13 diploma at night school.[832],[833],[834] In 1930, Albery joined Canada Foils as an order clerk. The next year, he used his holidays to visit customer plants, and eventually became Canada Foils' first salesman.[835],[836] At Canada Foils Ltd., Albery moved from Export Manager (1941), to Assistant Sales Manager (1943), to Sales Manager (1945) and finally General Sales Manager by 1949.[837] In 1957, Albery became a manager at Bradshaws, and stayed with them until 1962.[838] Albery became Ontario Sales Manager in the Packaging Division of Reynold's Aluminum in 1963.[839] Albery retired from Reynold's Aluminum in 1974, but continued consulting for Progressive Packaging.[840],[841]

He His death notice -- ...in his 88th year. Dad slept away most of his last days in front of the Leafs and Blue Jays in his comfy chair at home. Loved by all as a gentle and gracious man. Predeceased by beloved wife of 60 years, Margaret. Cherished Dad to David (MaryEllen), Bill (Christine) and Linda (Brian). Specially loved Grandpa to Kellyn, Rylan, Garret, Conor (LeeAnne), Brittany (Jordie) Lindsay (Ken), and Kailey (Matt). Dear Great-grandpa to Sam and Leah. Norma married Jack Andrews and they had 4 children John, Douglas, Brenda, and Bruce. Brenda had two children with John Lever, Nicole and Danielle Andrews, Brenda also had a son Jesse, from Rick Sandford. Nicole had two sons Tyler and Carter with Don McCarthy, and Danielle had a daughter named Justice with Shawn James. Danielle Andrews contributed to this research in 2003.[883]

59. Nora "Helen"⁹ MARCHMENT (child of James⁸, Robert⁷, James⁶, Samuel⁵, Thomas⁴, Samuel³, Jasper², Jasper¹);[885],[885] born 22 Nov 1929;[437] married David Manning 9 Sep 1950;[437] died 20 Dec 2017 at Georgian Bay General Hospital, Midland, Ontario, Canada, at age 88.[886]

It was said, "In her 89th year. Helen Manning, of Midland, formerly of Rexdale, beloved wife of David. Loving mother of Diane (Martin) Kane, and Denise (John) Ladouceur. Adored grandmother of Ruth French; and great grandmother of Hunter and Colton. Helen's granddaughter and great grandsons brought her immense joy and she cherished her time with them. Helen is predeceased by her parents Jim and Nora Marchment of Tiny Township. Helen will be kindly remembered and sadly missed by all who knew her."[887]

David MANNING was born on 5 Nov 1923.[437] He died on 3 May 2022 at Georgian Bay General Hospital, Midland, Ontario, Canada, at age 98.[888] It was said, "He leaves daughters Diane (Martin) Kane and Denise (John) Ladouceur, granddaughter Ruth French (Don Proulx) and great grandsons Hunter, Colton and Noah. He was predeceased by his wife Helen, brothers Ken and Den and sisters Gladys and Irene. He is survived by sisters Hildred and Lillian. He had a happy, full life with few regrets and amazing opportunities such as working on the Avro Arrow and joining George Brown College at its outset and becoming co-ordinator before retirement in Midland. He was an RCAF Veteran having served across Canada while awaiting pilot training before WW II ended holding many fond memories of Halifax and Gander."[889]
