Wiltshire, England;[47],[48] baptized 12 Jul 1789 at St Peter, Charlton (near Pewsey), Co. Wiltshire, England; the same day as his sister Ann;[49],[50] married Ann Skinner, daughter of Thomas Skinner and Ann Downing, 25 Aug 1810 at St. Mary's, Ealing, Co. Middlesex, England; where Thomas (batchelor) and Ann Skinner (spinster) were of that parish, who made their marks, in the presence of Ann Marchment and Charles Atlee;[51],[52] died 1862 at Co. Wiltshire, England; the same day as her brother Thomas;[49] married William Dykes 14 Sep 1812 at Ealing, Co. Middlesex, England;[140] died "aged 79" 1872 at Kensington, London, Co. Middlesex, England.[141] She and William Dykes lived in 1815 at Old Brentford, London, Co. Middlesex, England; where William was a labourer.[142] She and William Dykes lived between 1816 and 1828 at Hammersmith, London, Co. George Chisholm, where father was Thomas Marchment, and mother was Ann (in the hamlet of);[161],[162] married Mary Ann Copeland, daughter of James Thomas Copeland and Sarah Wood, 19 Aug 1844 at parish church, Kensington, London, Co. Middlesex, England; where Samuel (22) was a bachelor, labourer, and Mary Ann (18) a spinster. Witnesses were Moses Ditch and Sarah Copeland;[163] died "of typhoid fever... age 68" 12 Aug 1891 at Toronto, York Co., Ontario, Canada, at age 67;[164] buried at Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Plot M, sect 32, lot 19, Toronto, Ontario, Canada.[165],[166],[167] He appeared on the census of 1841 at King St., St. Paul Covent Garden, Westminster, London, Co. Middlesex, England; where Samuel (~15) was a servant to William Turpin (~25) a victualer, his wife Mary (~20), Charles Gentry (~15) and Harriet Johnston servants, also present.[168],[169] He was sentenced to 3 months, after being "indicted for stealing, on the 30th of August, 1 half-crown and 2 shillings; the monies of William Turpin, his master; to which he pleaded guilty. Middlesex, England, at time of their marriage.[172] In 1849, Samuel Jasper Marchment and Mary Ann Copeland lived at Portland Street, Fulham, Co. Middlesex, England, at the birth of Samuel William, and Samuel Jasper was a labourer.[173],[174] He was was imprisoned for 9 months, being convicted of "embezzling 3l. 3s.; the moneys of William Macalpine, his master: to which he pleaded gilty. Marchment.[195] In 1889, Samuel Jasper Marchment and Mary Ann Copeland lived at 826 Yonge St., Toronto, York Co., Ontario, Canada, as renters. George and James were present, all were labourers at eldest son's S.W.
