      He and Catherine Hulihan appeared on the census of 1871 at Addington Parish, Restigouche Co., New Brunswick, Canada; where Francis Wheeler (28) was a labourer born in Quebec, Catherine Wheeler (33) and the children born in New Brusnwick: John Wheeler (5), and Margaret Wheeler (3).[339] Francis and Catherine had at least three children: John Wheeler (b.c. 1866), Margaret Wheeler (b.c. 1868), and Francis Wheeler (b. 1871).[340] The story of Francis and his family is unknown after 1871.[341]
