Hampshire, England;[820] buried 24 Jun 1709 at St. Mary's Church, Buriton, Co. Hampshire, England;[821] his estate was probated 22 Jul 1709 at Co. Hampshire, England; where an inventory of goods was made. The estate was valued at £46/2/6 and son Thomas was mentioned.[822]

Hampshire, England;[826],[827] buried 13 Nov 1736 at St. Mary's Church, Buriton, Co. Hampshire, England;[828] his estate was probated 14 Jan 1736/37 at Nursted, Buriton, Co. Hampshire, England; where it was stated "yeoman deceased... appraised 14th day of Januray 1736... £36/18/-... was granted...unto Susanna Patrick widow and relict."[829]

  • ii. Thomas Patrick; married Elizabeth Searle 17 Apr 1707 at St. Mary's Church, Buriton, Co. Hampshire, England;[830],[831] died 1751;[832] buried 17 May 1751 at St. Mary's Church, Buriton, Co. Hampshire, England;[828] his estate was probated 24 Aug 1751 at Buriton, Co. Hampshire, England.[833]

    He left a will on 11 Oct 1750 at Buriton, Co. Hampshire, England; where he stated "give and devise... my Farm Lands and Premises... in the Tything of Sheet in the Parish of Petersfield unto my son Thomas Patrick and Sarah his wife... and after their decease Then I give and devise the said Farm Lands unto my grandson Thomas Patrick... Also I give... my Lands called East Field the three Bindens the Crondal Crouch and two Bows containing... Thirty Acres...lying and being in Buriton aforesaid and now in the tenure or occupation of my son William Patrick) unto my said son Thomas Patrick. Also I give... my Farm Lands and premises...in the Tything of Weston in the Parish of Buriton called...Cotterills, Rake Field and Holloway Mead unto my son William Patrick...and after his decease Then I give...the said Farm Lands...unto the Male Heirs of my said son William Patrick... Also I give and bequeath unto my daughter Elizabeth the Wife of John West the sum of Five Pounds and to my grandsons Thomas and John West the sum of Ten Pounds apiece to be paid them at their several and respective Ages of one and twenty years and to all the daughters of the said Elizabeth West that shall arrive and attain the ages of one and twenty years the sum of Ten Pounds apiece... Also I give...the tenement that I hold by Lease under the Church, called...East Leigh...unto my kinsman Richard Patrick...if he the said Richard Patrick...shall well and truly pay...his Brother Thomas Patrick the sum of Fifteen Pounds... Also I give...all the rest and residue...unto my said son William Patrick... Also I give...unto my said Wife Elizabeth Patrick the use and useage of all my Household Goods and Furniture... In witness whereof I the said Thomas Patrick to this my last Will and testament contained in the two Sheets of Paper have hereunto sett my Hand and Seal this Eleventh day of October in the twenty fourth year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord George the second by the Grace of God of Great Britain France and Ireland King Defender of the Faith and so forth and in the year of our Lord 1750."[834]

    He left a will on 20 Oct 1669 at Buriton, Co. Hampshire, England; where he stated "I give unto my daughter Ffrances now the wife of John Searle.../ I give unto my daughter Elianor the wife of William Tipper.../ I give unto my daughter Bridgett the wife of Richard Logsflesh (Hogsflesh?).../ Whereas I am possessed of a howse garden & some lands thereunto belonginge lyinge in Buriton...I give...unto my said lovinge wife Elianor. And after the decease of my said loveing wife...onely unto my sonne

    Lawrence Patricke to have."[839] An inventory of Thomas' estate was made 22 Sep 1671 (Latin).[840]

      Lawrence appointed a collector of Picage & Stallage for Thomas Hanbury, in Petersfield 1597.[849] Lawrence Patrick was recorded in Buriton several times between 1593-1619.[850] Lawrence Patrick was living in Buriton in 1629.[851]
